Kempf Engineering & Surveying, LLC is a locally owned, dual-licensed surveying and civil engineering practice based in Coshocton, Ohio, serving clients throughout East Central Ohio. We provide accurate field data, precise plans, and detailed designs that contractors can build as drawn, for landowners, homebuilders, developers, contractors, and public agencies.

On the surveying side, we perform boundary, lot split, topographic, mortgage, ALTA, easement, and as-built surveys, along with FEMA elevation certificates and construction staking. Our engineering services include site planning, subdivision design, grading and drainage design, roadway engineering, and waterline and sewer design. With both disciplines under one roof and led by PE/PS-licensed professionals, we guide your project from the first stake to the final inspection, with the fast turnaround our clients rely on.
